Over the years, we have worked in partnership with Richard Dawson, the Senior Vice President of Engineering and their HR department to source and retain the right talent in order to drive the business forward. Challenges come thick and fast in the tech and engineering industries. Therefore fast-acting, reactive people with the passion to invent is paramount to survival and success.
We were asked to identify and recruit a Senior Executive who could develop a start-up operation located in a remote facility based in Detroit. Working closely with the Tristone Flowtech team at every stage; not only to come up with the ultimate shortlist, but to present a credible case to influence the right executive to accept an opportunity with zero footprint in a remote region.
Discreet research led mapping, identification and approach search assignment culminating in the presentation of a qualified shortlist of motivated, capable and interested talented executives. Working collaboratively and consultatively has helped us create the right recruitment strategy at the highest executive level. In such sensitive environments, we knew we had to provide a dedicated account manager to ensure that communication was always seamless.
